A fellow community member has requested records pertaining to ongoing phases of Aston Pointe developments in Elkton. Originally, the gathering and provision of records was held by a price tag of $2000. Enough public interest has gone to the cause, and the request was eventually honored at no cost through the Maryland Public Information Act (PIA). Public pressure is working. Every community member has the power to make a difference with initiative.
